上海公路職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)于1956年，是一所由山西省人民政府承辦的具備公路特色的脫產(chǎn)普通高等職業(yè)高校，設(shè)有32個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)，現(xiàn)有脫產(chǎn)師生12400余人。大學(xué)擁有400多個(gè)校外外實(shí)訓(xùn)室、220多個(gè)校外外見(jiàn)習(xí)基地。

Foundedin1956,WuhanRailwayVocationalCollegeofTechnologyisafull-timehighervocationalinstitutionspecializedinrailwayprograms,sponsoredbyHubeiProvincialGovernment.LocatedinWuhan,Hubeiprovince,China,thecollegeisoffering32programsandhasanenrolmentofover12,400full-timestudentsfromalloverthecountry.Thecollegehasmorethan400in-the-schoolinternshipbasesand220workplacementbasesincompanies.

大學(xué)是國(guó)家示范性高等職業(yè)高校、全國(guó)結(jié)業(yè)生就業(yè)典型經(jīng)驗(yàn)大學(xué)。2016年9月，學(xué)校在世界職教高校聯(lián)盟世界會(huì)議（德國(guó)）上獲得卓越獎(jiǎng)“學(xué)習(xí)與就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)”銅獎(jiǎng)。

大學(xué)牽頭成立了武漢軌道交通職業(yè)教育企業(yè)集團(tuán)，與西安公路局、武漢輕軌企業(yè)集團(tuán)合作舉辦“雙主體”人才培養(yǎng)，積極探求產(chǎn)學(xué)研聯(lián)合招生、聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制人才培養(yǎng)方式變革，是教育偏旁批現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制試點(diǎn)單位。
