你好!學科教學工作,自然是研究專業知識,“功夫在詩外”,做足課前工作,打造高效課堂為佳。班級管理,我特別推薦我們學校正在探索的自主管理,就是讓班上學生人人有事做,事事有人做,都做班級小主人,分工包干各項工作。可分小組管理,組員捆綁評價,組長組員互相制約,逐步實現從他律到自律,從而減輕班主任的工作量。

你好!低年級經驗比較少哦!學會利用零散的時間處理班級管理工作,例如:在晨讀時表揚打掃衛生、大聲朗讀、收發作業等表現好的孩子,在課間時關注學生的課間活動,表揚文明課間游戲的孩子,及時制止不規范的行為。這樣我們可以騰出大塊兒的時間來落實好各項教學常規工作。我想一個班的班風正了,學習的氛圍也不會差到哪里去,老師管理起來自然輕松許多。
