人腦是會疲勞的,其疲勞期大約在20分鐘左右。即使好學的大腦,持續學習的時間也不會長更多。

根據人腦的疲勞規律,盧梭指出:“如果我連續研究幾個不同問題,即使毫不間斷,我也能輕松愉快地一個又一個地思考下去,這一問題可以消除另一問題帶來的疲勞。”遵循規律是課堂教學的不二法則。所以建議一節課安排更多內容,以使教學效果更佳。

其次,如果一定選擇在一節課背誦一篇課文,又要效果顯著,老師一定會很辛苦。你要一個段落一個段落地分析內容邏輯、語言層次,用詞區分等,并且帶領學生一起牢記。分析一段,背誦一段;每段分別檢驗,以不同形式。只有這樣,才能緩解大腦疲勞,減少厭煩;少不了教師幽默的引導,讓學生心甘情愿地跟著老師的腳步走到底。
