本人不是學(xué)電力工程的,但家里很多人是。男朋友去了電網(wǎng),哥哥去了一家設(shè)計院。兩相對比的話,男朋友工作相對輕松體制內(nèi)的工作模式,但是薪資平平,較一般公務(wù)員水平略高但也是餓的狀態(tài)吧。

2021年國家電網(wǎng)參加工作四年,薪資變化不大?

哥哥的話加班常態(tài)化,不分周末和工作日,但是薪資和年終獎很豐厚,保守估計30W+。老哥算是設(shè)計院的老人了,工作十年已拿下注電供配電方向,目前正在考慮跳槽到更大的所并且著手考發(fā)輸電。

男朋友在電網(wǎng)參加工作四年,薪資變化不大目前也正在備考注電。

個人覺得如果只是為了安穩(wěn)度日的去電網(wǎng)不錯,但是難有大的發(fā)展,除非你足夠優(yōu)秀或者有強大背景又善于營建各種人際關(guān)心,將來能做個區(qū)域經(jīng)理什么的可能薪資級別會高一點。

不過聽說近幾年電網(wǎng)改革,很多待遇好的地區(qū)公司薪資也有下調(diào)趨勢。設(shè)計院的話苦點累點,但多學(xué)多干肯定是越來越好的。
